This policy covers the public Finance Portfolio website, the web app at https://app.finance-portfolio.com, and the Finance Portfolio Telegram Mini App.

Telegram and websites or services linked from Finance Portfolio have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to those services.

The information processed depends on which parts of Finance Portfolio you use.

Information is used only where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and secure Finance Portfolio, respond to requests and comply with applicable obligations.

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, processing may rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Finance Portfolio does not sell personal data or use financial records you enter for third-party advertising.

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, databases, security, communications or technical operations, only to the extent needed to provide their services. Google and Telegram independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies when you use those sign-in options.

When you purchase Finance Portfolio Premium in the web app, Paddle processes payment and billing information as the reseller and Merchant of Record. Finance Portfolio receives information needed to identify and administer the subscription and activate Premium access, which may include customer, transaction or subscription references and payment status. Finance Portfolio does not receive or store your full card number or card security code when Paddle Checkout is used.

When you purchase Premium in the Telegram Mini App, Telegram processes Telegram Stars payments under Telegram's terms and privacy practices. Finance Portfolio receives information needed to activate Premium access.

Paddle processes relevant personal and payment information under its own Privacy Notice and may act as an independent controller where applicable.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Telegram and technical service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, Finance Portfolio relies on an available legal transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction integrity, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and complete normal backup cycles.

You may request deletion by contacting support@finance-portfolio.com. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or temporarily present in backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

Finance Portfolio uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Keep access to your account, sign-in credentials and devices secure, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data, and to complain to a competent data protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, email support@finance-portfolio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Finance Portfolio is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to use an online financial record-keeping service in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us.

This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, web app or Mini App where appropriate.
