1. Premium subscription
Finance Portfolio Premium is a recurring digital SaaS subscription that unlocks Premium functionality inside the Finance Portfolio application.
The Monthly subscription costs $1.99 per month and is billed monthly. The Annual subscription costs $19.99 per year and is billed annually. There is currently no free trial.
2. Renewal and cancellation
The selected plan automatically renews for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, so access does not necessarily end immediately.
Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund and does not by itself reverse a charge that has already been processed.
3. Paddle and refund decisions
Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record for Premium purchases. Paddle processes the payment transaction and handles refund requests under the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law. Finance Portfolio does not issue payment refunds directly.
A refund is not guaranteed merely because a request is submitted. Paddle determines eligibility, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights and any discretionary refund, on the applicable facts and rules.
4. How to request a refund
Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in the transaction confirmation email from Paddle, follow the support link in your receipt or billing page, or submit a request through Paddle Buyer Support.
You may also contact support@finance-portfolio.com for help identifying the relevant subscription or resolving a Premium access issue. Include the email used for purchase, the approximate transaction date and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details or a card security code.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, that legal right applies.
