Finance Portfolio is an expense tracker and record-keeping SaaS. It provides tools for recording and reviewing personal finances, including accounts, income, expenses, categories, currencies, transfers and related records.

The service is available as a website and web app at https://app.finance-portfolio.com and as a Telegram Mini App. The application may include free and paid features. Available functionality may change over time.

Finance Portfolio is an expense tracker and record-keeping product. It is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, custodian, bank, tax adviser or legal adviser.

Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold a cryptocurrency, security or other asset. Totals, charts and other figures shown in the service do not consider your personal circumstances and may contain errors or become outdated.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information you enter. Verify balances, amounts, exchange rates and tax records against original sources.

Finance Portfolio does not execute transactions or verify that a transaction recorded in the service occurred. Results depend on the values and assumptions supplied.

You are responsible for securing your account, devices and access credentials, including email, Google or Telegram sign-in. Do not permit unauthorized persons to access your financial records.

Notify support@finance-portfolio.com if you believe the service or your data has been accessed without authorization.

You may not misuse Finance Portfolio, interfere with its operation or use it in violation of applicable law.

Finance Portfolio Premium is a recurring digital SaaS subscription. The Monthly subscription costs $1.99 per month and is billed monthly. The Annual subscription costs $19.99 per year and is billed annually. There is currently no free trial. The selected plan automatically renews unless cancelled before the next renewal.

In the web app, Premium payment is initiated after you sign in and select a plan. That order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for web Premium orders, processes those payment transactions, handles applicable payment, tax and compliance responsibilities associated with that role, provides payment-related customer service and handles returns for those orders. Finance Portfolio provides the software and Premium functionality.

In the Telegram Mini App, Premium is paid with Telegram Stars, Telegram's in-app currency. Those payments are processed by Telegram, not by Paddle.

Paddle may send transaction, receipt, renewal and subscription-management communications for web purchases. Cancellation of a web subscription stops future Paddle renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Refund requests for Paddle purchases are processed through Paddle under the applicable Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms and mandatory consumer law.

Finance Portfolio operates through or links to third-party services such as Google and Telegram. Their availability, security and terms are outside our control. Finance Portfolio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Telegram unless explicitly stated.

The Finance Portfolio name, interface, software, original text, graphics and other protected materials belong to the operator or relevant licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain rights in information you enter and grant the operator the limited permission needed to process it for providing and securing the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be corrected, suspended, limited or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every record, or that totals, currency conversions and other displayed figures will always be accurate or current. Keep independent records where loss would cause harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Portfolio is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, trading loss, lost profit, tax consequences, loss of data or decisions made using the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms.

These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory rights and protections available to consumers in their country of residence are not excluded.
